What is data portability?
Under Article 20 GDPR, you have the right to data portability. This allows you to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, so that you can take it with you and transfer it to another entity. Please note that this right applies to personal data you have provided to N26.
To request your data, please fill out the information below so we can verify your identity. Then create a temporary password to ensure that only you can access your data. Once your data is ready, we will send you an email with a download link. You will need to enter the temporary password to download your data.

This expiration date is displayed on the document you used to sign up to N26 with. You can find the date of your account creation in the registration email. You can find the date of your account closure in the closing email.
